What can you recommend to improve my sleep?

I’ve been slowly turning my home into a wellness-focused space—plants, natural light, air purifiers, and even trying to improve the water I drink. Despite all this, I kept feeling off: tired in the mornings, restless at night, and just not fully “in harmony” at home.
That’s when I read about Somavedic. The concept is that these structures not only enhance water quality but also create a harmonious energy in the space where they’re placed. I was skeptical at first—how can a small device really make that much difference?—but the testimonials online were compelling, and the science they reference seemed credible enough to me to at least give it a shot.
I’m now trying to figure out the best way to get one.
Which model would you recommend for a bedroom or home office? Did you notice any real difference in sleep, energy, or even water taste?
